By downloading or using the Roovvy app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. Roovvy is operated by Vermilion Jumper LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Roovvy. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
All gift card purchases are final once delivered to a recipient. Gift cards are digital-only, non-transferable after redemption, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Roovvy is not responsible for lost or stolen access credentials.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
The Stallbux in-app wallet is provided as a convenience feature. Wallet balances are not FDIC-insured in prototype mode. Real money movement features are powered by Stripe Treasury and subject to Stripe's Financial Services Terms. We reserve the right to freeze wallet activity for suspected fraud or policy violations.
You may not use Roovvy for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent gift cards, to circumvent payment processing, to harass other users, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roovvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Roovvy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For questions, contact us at support@roovvy.com.
